How we use and protect your information
This policy explains what FiveW Technology Ltd collects when you use this website or contact us, why we need it and the choices you have.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
Who we are
FiveW Technology Ltd is the data controller. We are incorporated in England and Wales under company number 13278104. Our registered office is Wesley Clover Innovation Centre, Chepstow Road, Newport, Wales, NP18 2YB.
What we collect
When you make a Business Review enquiry, we collect your name, business name, work email, optional telephone number, business type, employee range, contact preference and the information you choose to share about the business. Our hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and submission time.
Why we use it
We use this information to understand your enquiry, decide whether the Business Review is likely to help, contact you, prevent abuse and improve our services. We normally rely on our legitimate interests in responding to prospective customers and running the business. Where consent is required, we will ask for it separately.
Who receives it
Authorised FiveW staff and trusted suppliers may process your information only where needed to provide or support the service. SendGrid, operated by Twilio, delivers the enquiry notification and confirmation emails. Our website hosting provider processes information needed to operate and secure the website. We do not sell your personal information.
International processing
Some suppliers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards designed to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or existing customer relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Information may remain in secure backups for a limited period.
How we protect it
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards and limit access to people and suppliers who need it. No online service can promise absolute security, but we take suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised access seriously.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or transfer it. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact highfive@gowithfive.com. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and similar technologies such as local storage can save or access information on your device. We use necessary storage to operate the website and remember your cookie preference. This is not used for advertising.
With your permission, Google Analytics may collect information about visits, pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser so that we can understand how the website is used and improve it.
